Clan MacCallum/Malcolm Society Gathering
Duntrune Castle, Scotland
August 10–11, 2027
The Clan MacCallum-Malcolm Society of North America, in cooperation with Andy and Lucy Malcolm, is pleased to announce a special gathering at historic Duntrune Castle.
Tuesday, August 10 — Castle Gathering
Activities will include tours of the estate, bagpiping, a garden lunch, a Gathering Reception, dinner, and a traditional Scottish ceilidh.
Wednesday, August 11 — Society Annual General Meeting
The Society will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Clan Chapel.
Tickets and Accommodations
Gathering tickets are expected to go on sale in January or February 2027 at an estimated cost of £150 (approximately $195) per person.
It is hoped that funds raised beyond the cost of the event will contribute to the preservation of Duntrune Castle and Estate.
Accommodations are available in the surrounding area, with limited lodging opportunities on the estate grounds. Andy and Lucy Malcolm will assist with identifying accommodations in the Kilmartin area.
Additional Scottish Events
The gathering has been scheduled to coincide with two major Scottish events for those wishing to extend their visit:
World Pipe Band Championships — August 13–14, 2027
Edinburgh Tattoo — Saturday, August 14, 2027
Please Note: Airfare, ground transportation, gathering tickets, and sightseeing expenses are the responsibility of individual attendees.
